Doja August Cedar Point Gold Pass Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The Doja August Cedar Point Gold Pass Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by:

Collectively referred to as the “Sponsor.”

This Promotion is not sponsored, administered, endorsed by, or associated with Cedar Point, Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, Apple, Google, Dutchie, or any other third party whose name or product may appear in promotional materials.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on August 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

I assumed you meant August 1 at 12:01 a.m. Your wording said “Aug 12:01 a.m.,” which is ambiguous and must be corrected before publishing.

Sponsor’s point-of-sale system and business records will be the official timekeeping method for the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who:

1. Are at least 21 years oldat the time of entry and prize collection;
2. Possess a valid, unexpired government-issued photographic identification;
3. Are lawful customers of Doja Portage or Doja Watervliet;
4. Have an active Doja mobile application account associated with sufficient identifying information for Sponsor to verify the entrant and qualifying purchase; and
5. Comply with these Official Rules.

Employees, owners, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor, together with members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter or win.

“Immediate household” includes any person residing at the same address, whether related or unrelated.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, an eligible customer will receive entries based on the qualifying subtotal in a single completed transaction at Doja Portage or Doja Watervliet:

• A qualifying transaction subtotal of $75.00 through $124.99receives one entry.
• A qualifying transaction subtotal of $125.00 or morereceives two entries.

No more than two entries may be earned per transaction, regardless of the transaction amount.

Unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise in writing:

• Separate transactions cannot be combined to reach an entry threshold.
• Taxes, tips, delivery charges, service fees, gift-card purchases and returned or refunded merchandise do not count toward the qualifying subtotal.
• Discounts and promotional credits reduce the qualifying subtotal.
• The qualifying subtotal is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.
• Entries have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, assigned or exchanged.

A customer may earn entries through multiple qualifying transactions during the Promotion Period.

5. App Requirement

Entrants must have the Doja mobile application downloaded and must maintain an active account containing accurate contact information no later than the end of the Promotion Period.

The customer’s app account information must reasonably match the information associated with the qualifying transaction and the identification presented when claiming the prize.

Downloading the app alone does not create an entry. A qualifying purchase is required.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete app information;
• Inability to contact an entrant because of inaccurate account information;
• App, internet, point-of-sale or communications failures; or
• An entrant’s failure to enable or receive communications.

6. Entry Verification

All entries are subject to verification.

Sponsor may disqualify entries arising from:

• Cancelled, reversed, disputed, fraudulent or refunded transactions;
• Transactions divided or manipulated to generate additional entries;
• Fraudulent app accounts;
• Use of another person’s identity or transaction;
• Employee manipulation of purchase or entry records;
• Technical errors that result in duplicate or unauthorized entries; or
• Any conduct Sponsor reasonably determines violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor’s business records will control in the event of a discrepancy.

7. Prize

One potential winner will receive:

Two Cedar Point Gold Passes for the applicable Cedar Point pass season.

The approximate retail value is $390.

The exact benefits, restrictions, operating dates, parking privileges, participating parks and passholder benefits are determined solely by Cedar Point and Six Flags and may change. Sponsor does not control park operations, attraction availability, weather, blackout dates, reservation requirements or pass benefits.

The prize does not include transportation, lodging, meals, taxes, upgraded parking, add-ons, insurance or other expenses unless expressly stated.

Entery to all Six Flags Midwest parks is dependant on that being included in the 2027 pass it has been in the past.

8. Winner Selection

On or before September 3, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible and verified entries received during the Promotion Period.

Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of selection.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The drawing should be conducted by at least two Sponsor representatives, and Sponsor should preserve a written drawing record showing:

• Drawing date and time;
• Total number of eligible entries;
• Method used to randomize the entries;
• Names of witnesses;
• Selected entry; and
• Any alternate entries drawn.

9. Winner Announcement and Notification

Sponsor intends to announce the potential winner on or before September 3, 2026, and will attempt to notify the potential winner no later than September 5, 2026, using the telephone number, email address, app notification or other contact information associated with the winner’s Doja app account.

A public announcement should not reveal sensitive personal information. Sponsor may initially announce the winner’s first name and last initial, subject to the winner’s consent and applicable law.

Being selected does not make an entrant the final winner until eligibility has been verified and all prize-claim requirements have been completed.

10. Claiming the Prize

The potential winner must claim the prize in person within seven calendar days after Sponsor first sends the winner notification.

The prize may be claimed at either:

• Doja Portage, 4203 E Centre Ave Portage MI 49024; or
• Doja Watervliet, 8277 Arnt Blvd Watervliet MI 49098.

The potential winner must present:

• Valid government-issued photographic identification;
• Proof that the person is at least 21 years old;
• The Doja app account associated with the selected entry; and
• Any eligibility affidavit, prize receipt, tax form, release or acknowledgment reasonably required by Sponsor.

The name on the identification must reasonably match the selected entrant’s account and transaction records.

11. Failure to Claim and Alternate Winner

The potential winner forfeits the prize if the potential winner:

• Cannot be contacted;
• Does not respond within the stated period;
• Does not claim the prize within seven calendar days after notification;
• Cannot verify eligibility;
• Refuses to complete required documentation; or
• Violates these Official Rules.

Upon forfeiture, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor may repeat this process until the prize is awarded or may declare the prize unawarded after [two or three]unsuccessful alternate-winner attempts.

12. Prize Conditions

The prize:

• Is awarded as stated and subject to availability;
• May not be redeemed for cash;
• May not be exchanged for marijuana or other merchandise;
• May not be transferred before delivery;
• May be replaced with a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control; and
• Is subject to all terms imposed by Cedar Point or Six Flags.

The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any expenses not expressly included.

13. Publicity and Privacy

Except where prohibited, the winner may be asked to authorize Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, photograph or likeness for reasonable winner-announcement and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Sponsor will use entrant information for administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, communicating with entrants and operating the Doja app and customer program in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.

Do not make unrestricted publicity consent mandatory without counsel reviewing it.

14. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, agents and affiliated entities from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance and use of the prize, except for claims that cannot legally be waived.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, delayed, incomplete or incorrectly recorded entries;
• App, point-of-sale, internet, network or equipment failures;
• Incorrect customer information;
• Unauthorized human intervention;
• Printing or advertising errors;
• Park closures or changed pass benefits; or
• Events outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules waives rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion when fraud, technical failure, legal or regulatory action, force majeure, or another circumstance outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impairs the integrity or lawful operation of the Promotion.

Sponsor may not change the Promotion merely to avoid awarding a validly earned prize.

If the Promotion is cancelled after entries have been received, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before cancellation when lawful and reasonably practicable.

16. Conduct and Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any individual who:

• Tampers with the entry or drawing process;
• Engages in fraud or attempted fraud;
• Threatens or harasses employees or other customers;
• Violates applicable law;
• Provides false information; or
• Acts in a manner that undermines the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration and eligibility are final to the extent permitted by law.

17. Compliance With Cannabis Laws

All purchases must comply with applicable Michigan cannabis laws, purchasing limits, identification requirements and retailer regulations.

Nothing in the Promotion authorizes an unlawful sale, excessive purchase, sale to a person under 21 or circumvention of state tracking requirements.

Michigan marijuana advertising must comply with state law and cannot be false, deceptive or misleading. (ARS Public)

18. Governing Law and Disputes

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by Michigan law.

Any dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in [Kalamazoo County for Portage / Berrien County for Watervliet—have counsel select one enforceable venue], unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Rules and Winner Information

A copy of these Official Rules may be obtained:

• Through the QR code displayed in Promotion advertising; or
